Thoughts and Lessons from a soft-spoken speaker with incredible personal strength
(spreading great ideas in appreciation of the owner)
The quality our your life, actions and decisions depends on the quality of our thinking. Everything we do has consequences, but most of the time we spend doing things with low consequences, and we focus on low importance tasks instead of valuable and important ones. We are so accustomed with the habit of wasting time, that few of us does hard work, in solitude, with no technological stimulus and no back-ground noise. Leave things off to be able to concentrate on the tasks: create the silence.
At our work as much as 50% of the time is wasted by most average employees on non-work tasks, such as socializing with colleagues, long coffee breaks, gossip, online social networks... People go to work to "play" with their friends, just as they used to go to play in kindergarten or school. A wasted work-life means less value of the person.
Only hard work, focus, and increasing our earning ability can make us become more valuable. Do fewer things, but the ones which are part of the three most important tasks...and do them more and more, instead of time-wasting unimportant ones. Each person decides how much she/he wants to earn and decides whether to take action, accept to fail, try something new, and continue forward. Develop a sense of urgency and quick action. Top people think about what they want most of the time, and HOW they can get it. Unsuccessful people think about things they don't want, who is there to blame, they don't take charge of their own route and look at the present or the past. Those who don't plan for the future: have no future.
Our reputation precedes US: be the best at what you do, and have an excellence orientation. Have the attitude of curiosity and be solution oriented. Whatever you do at your work can be reduced to "solving problems", and if you solve problems: you get bigger problems, more complex ones. Average people approach problems emotionally, whereas geniuses approach them systematically. Any goal which is not achieved is a problem that is not solved.
Ultimately our life only gets better when WE get better: invest in your self and be a continuous learning machine, as the only limit to your development is you.
